Carnivore Diet

I luv this carnivore diet. But seems like I’m not doing something correctly.. I’m not losing weight like some of you guys.. yall keep it up

Maybe you have reached your Threshold, if this is the case your serving size should be made smaller, after this you should start losing weight again. I only know this because my doctor helped me with this problem. Good luck
 
One meal a day!!

What’s your normal meal/routine?
3 hard Boils eggs in the morning, for lunch I eat 2 pieces of chicken thighs, for dinner before 8pm , I usually eat a beef sausage or Chicken patties, the crazy thing now is that I'm not that hungry anymore. For Snacks you can do 100% beef sticks, or Pork Grinds. if you go to this site they sell food in bulk or smaller check out the website they deliver.

Ok, 5th month on this diet, I got weighed in today at the VA, I lost a total of 52 pounds in in 5 months, would have been more but I ate bad because my family was visiting for 9 days. But the good thing is my youngest son is now on the diet.
What version (rules) are you following? I want to do it but with meat being not necessarily meat, I'm hesitant

I fail, I’m not perfect but that’s the beautiful thing about this diet. You mess up, you feel like **** for a few days, realize why you got on the diet and continue on.

I try my best to do one meal a day. On weekends I do breakfast and dinner.

I'm gonna struggle with giving up spaghetti and potatoes sometimes bread but not as much as before

After week 2-3 your carb cravings will go away. It was really hard for me also, bread is still my favorite thing to eat.

Once you feel how clean you feel off the carbs you'll not want them anymore. I feel "dirty" when I eat carbs now and the following day I feel like crap and tons of brain fog. Like I said, I'm not perfect on this diet but if I can do it 6 out of 7 days I call that a win.

I eat Eggs, Meat, Fish and only water. My son is on the same diet but he can eat some cheeses, but my go to Food in a crunch is Pork grinds. But those are expensive now.
