My weights been yo-yo'ing for the last year. Went from 248 (healthy weight for me) to 298 then down to 250 back to 298. It's 282 today. Once I get back down to around 250 I'm going to start jogging

My weight today is 220... A lot walking and some maintenance weight work... Can't lie to you guys, I drink more than I should.. I'm ashamed of it too,,,,, just pray for me...if you're inclined to...it's a crutch I know... actually I've got to the point where I can jog a semi distance.. mostly meat in my diet but I do eat some veggies now and then
