Carnivore Diet

My weights been yo-yo'ing for the last year. Went from 248 (healthy weight for me) to 298 then down to 250 back to 298. It's 282 today. Once I get back down to around 250 I'm going to start jogging
 
I've not done a single amount of exercise this whole time. Other than the 2-5 miles I walk at work everyday. Thats the really interesting part of this weight loss journey to me. My goal is to get to 275, I weighed 283 this morning to my surprise. I ate like a pig at Fox brothers Saturday and ate like a real fat kid yesterday morning at Waffle house.
 
My weight today is 220... A lot walking and some maintenance weight work... Can't lie to you guys, I drink more than I should.. I'm ashamed of it too,,,,, just pray for me...if you're inclined to...it's a crutch I know... actually I've got to the point where I can jog a semi distance.. mostly meat in my diet but I do eat some veggies now and then

I do carnivore a couple times a year. Each time I start, my starting weight gets lower.
Started last January 2024 at 231 got to 210 and quit
then 218 got to 205 and quit.
Started again 2 weeks ago at 212 and now at 203. Will keep it for another month and hopefully get to 195 or so.
 
Pro tip. If you get burnt out trying to find stuff to eat while on the road during the work week - a grocery store rotisserie chicken is cheaper than eggs and bacon at waffle house or wings at most places.
