Carrier Staying in the US

My only problem is ,how company's get so greedy.I understand how it all works . Even after the 7 million in tax breaks, carrier is still sending other branches of there company to Mexico .Why that's my ?

Read up on the NAFTA deal and the TPP deal and things will become clearer..

End onerous taxes, government regulations, and the bad trade deals. Then the companies will do much better and stay here.

And then if the companies would wake up and get rid of the dead weight unions, the USA will rule the entire solar system....

from what I've read it looks like it wont "cost" us any tax dollars but it will give them a large tax break

the tax breaks do work to keep jobs in the area

in ohio right after the tax break used by the company my father worked for expired the plant closed and moved out of state. Tax breaks ensure that the workers still pay taxes but it does limit the tax income from the company itself, but unemployed folks don't pay as many taxes.

no such thing as corporate greed, only returning a profit to the shareholders or firm; that is the reality. ethics, morals, and cost benefits come in to play. price something to high, even if it is copyrighted, and sooner or later people will correct the market either with a substitute or black market force

In my opinion the company saved 7 million,it's not going bankrupt ,has employees supporting them to make money,and keeping other company's making a profit .so why still send jobs to another country because of trade agreements ?At one time most of everything was made here now it's made everywhere else.Is it because of world markets and trade?

Businesses exist to make a profit, no other reason. They will do what they need to do to maximize profit. If our government wasn't so busy sticking their sticky fingers in businesses balance sheets, and wasn't beating them to death with regulations those jobs would come running back to the good old US of A.


Government is the problem, not the solution .
