I know ridiculous pricing on permits anymore.
crime of humanity has been committed..never shop at Academy sports again.....only good deals here! LOL!
These threads never seem to go the way the OP wants. 
For I think it was 5-10 dollars you can get a new GWL. Problem solved.
I have bought from LGS without a match, but they knew me. I match now.

No firearms dealer HAS to accept your GWL (regardless of addresses matching) in lieu of a NICS background check...
