Cart narcs (plural) are not just one guy. There are several all over the country that contribute to the channel. I love their videos. I can't stand lazy people who can't be bothered to walk a few feet and return their carts where they're supposed. One of them is eventually going to get seriously hurt if they keep doing it. It only takes running into the wrong person once.
