Cashless

Legal tender was a concept the founding fathers found comfortable state national worldwide galactic credits why not (insert answer carefully) - would they have opted for cybercurrency. The real physical world is not alot different than the digital world laws and rules are different and safe or secure but for who is the issue. Most folks in the US born after 2011 are cybernetic organisms in their own reality similar to the matrix and are literally connected by a physical addiction to the internet their tv pc phone tablet etc and will suffer anxiety depression or panic without the illusion it creates by design. This is not inevitable but mathematically probable - television and personal smart communication devices like cell phones and PCs are and always have been about blue screen control and tracking. The dissemination is a myth of communication and or networking. Shifting to digital is about more than money.

gas card, or any card will not function very in a power failure.....cash stash for me!! smaller bills!!!
Register won't work either, so no way to make change. Plus, if there's nothing telling them how much change you should get, doesn't matter. Most cashiers now can't do math in their head.
But if it's power failure, you ain't gettin' gas anyway....

Had a credit card declined a few years ago when on vacation.
Had cash on me to pay for the meals and gas so no worries.

I contacted the cc to have the credit freeze released and to learn why it was declined.
They indicated the physical card was used in two different states within a short time so it was flagged as suspected fraud.
I said, those two states are Georgia and Alabama and I live in Georgia less than an hour drive of the Alabama line so that type of fraud alert is worthless.
