Casita campers: who has/had one?

There's also Escape campers...mfg'd in Canada and new orders are backlogged 18 months.
Pricey but highly regarded...I love their 5.0 5th wheel model.

Very cool!

You can get them with OR without a bath (wet bath)
I like that option. Most little pull behinds or even pop-up's have a toilet. No thank you. A toilet in such a small space is a recipe for stink. Extra weight and space that could be used for sleeping. Most people stay in a park with lovely flush toilets and large showers.

We started a few years ago with a small but fully equipped 2008 Fun Funder, it was fun but we realized that sitting on the toilet to shower wasn't that easy for us, both over 68. We sold it last yr for twice what we paid and took that 10K, added another 10K to it and bought a 2021 21 ft Forest River Wildwood FSX 167RBK. It seems 3 x larger inside has separate shower and a regular bathroom. I love the Murphy bed for space saving. We have many friends that have campers, and almost every one of them that have slide outs wish they didn't, many with bunks wish they hadn't got them, space hogs for sure.
I looked at the Casita's but needed more space and larger bathroom, otherwise they are light and tow very well.

Nope, I've got to have a crapper.

The new cassettes are very good.
