I can not get the castle nut off a factory giessele lower for the life of me . It's not staked . I heated it up I froze it and I put all my weight on the AR tool .
Any suggestions? I did see what looks like some red lock tight seeping out after heating and Spraying cleaner on it ..

Every factory Geissele that I've paid attention to or worked on was staked twice, per spec, with a square or rectangular punch. No threadlocker.

If it's staked, you'll see it. If it ain't staked, or it has threadlocker of some sort on it, then it wasn't installed by Geissele. Folks use all kinds of stuff on AR's that they shouldn't, and red Loctite has no place on any part of an AR.

Bring it by TruPrep in Marietta and I'll remove it for you while you wait.

If it's on with Loctite, and you don't have the proper tools, there's a dang good chance that you'll damage the receiver extension, at a minimum, trying to remove it.

You need a very specific AR lower receiver fixture that isolates and locks both the lower receiver AND the receiver extension. I have that fixture.
