Catahoula leopard dog

Meet Shredder.
In just one day, she chewed the live 220v leads off my generator, chewed the automatic gate arm off it's pivot, and ate the seat out of my Kubota RTV
Here she is enjoying the hydraulic boot from my Kubota Tractor. You can't teach this!

Nobody ever said expensive was smart lol. That’s a cool dog though for shure.
My son had a Catahoula Leopard Dog. She was the most docile dog you ever want to meet, until he put her on a wild hog, then holy crap, she wouldn’t let go to save her life. She endured several tusk injuries in her day.
I've got a dane/catahoula mix. He's bats@#$ insane, but he's a great dog.

Lol! I’ve got a little English Staffy/Boxer mix (we think) that could just about pass for her little sister. Meet Dixie, she’s a trip! Lol!
if you could get a mole to go in a straight line to a point where you need underground trench excavation, shredder was up to the task. I had read in a sporting magazine on Catahoulas was that you had to keep them busy or they would "eat your house". One day in the kitchen, I heard a crunching sound on the side porch...she was gnawing on the house!
I did a hog hunt a few years ago and the guide used catahoula leopard dogs. The dogs seemed super chill but they were all about chasing hogs. They were too good at it... caught and pinned down 3 before they got to our blinds. One dog got bit (not too serious) and then the other dogs tore the hell out of that hog.
