Cats

we got 4 stray cats that wonder around where i live and they don't seem to go after our mole problem(the front yard has tunnels billowing up all over the place)
My next door neighbor has several outdoor cats. They get them fixed as soon as they catch them. I couldn't tell you how many dead moles I have found in my driveway. The chipmunk population is nearly extinct. If I could only teach them to climb high enough to take out the squirrels, I might get to keep some of my pecans.
I have indoor Bengals that are not allowed to go out due to their markings. They don't look domestic. Mom got an outside cat when Dad passed away and he loves chipmunks. Well, everything except the tails

Last year this little fella was in the process of being a snack for a coyote one night behind where I live (he was making lots of noise) and it was lucky for him I showed up. One eye gone, canine tooth punctures and torn up pretty good. Yote split and I picked him up and drove him to the vet. Got him fixed and a neighbor helped get him into a no-kill shelter and a few months later the person that worked at the shelter adopted him. Strangely enough I got a picture of him wearing a black tie and stretched out on red silk sheets a few months later (no kidding).

I never liked cats ,I'm a dog guy but, when my EX girlfriend moved she was not allowed to have pets in rental property , so I inherited the cat. I guess you can say I got rid of girlfriend but kept the p***y :-) she will hunt and kill everything that does not belong here. heck I even sleep with my bedroom door closed when new girl friends spend the night.
