It's not really that bad. All mine are Franken-15's, once I figured out that you need to slow-down the bolt cycle (heavier buffer), it was all good. What I would REALLY like to find is somebody who makes a heavy buffer for less than $100ish. It appears one guy on AR15.com has the market cornered unless you are making your own.
