There's a learning curve. They're not for everyone.

They don't offer much advantage for 7-10yd point shooting, but out beyond they they really shine.

As for the Canik.. never shot one myself.. but seeing more and more of them showing up at USPSA matches. This price point has to be a big factor.

Glock MOS would run at least $100 more than this.

I've thought about picking up one of the Brownells G19 milled slides and an RMR to try it out, but haven't yet. This is an easy option and definitely a good competition gun.

Totally agree with Granite3... MY SFx is a tack driver... and the triggers are phenominal... Hands down the best out of the box Hicap pistol for the price...
