Hey bud, the closest place to us at the moment is this guy:

A friend of a friend got him to do a complete Ar15 and was really happy with it. I saw some pictures and it looked really good (camo). Other than that, I have no knowledge of his work.
That said, I was told that Savannah River Armory already is OR is about to start doing cerakote work. If that's true, then they would obviously be closer.
If you don't mind mailing something off (just a slide or something similar that can be mailed) then Daddymatt of this website owns this place:

I know that Fort Daniel in Lawrenceville is also a good one. He takes a lot of pride in his work.

If you wan't to ship a gun for work to a gunsmith, there is no transfer involved. Just check with you carrier of choice for shipping rules.
