I suggest making "Comments Disabled" the default selection for classified ads. Folks that explicitly want comments on their ads can uncheck the box. I think this one small change will go a long way to eliminating bad feelings and infractions. Also, I can't see any flipper or anyone posting something for a ridiculous price enabling comments, so these ads will quickly slide off page one since the endless stream of "GLWS" posts will not happen. I'll venture a guess that the folks that are vehemently against this change are the same folks that have the most infractions..
