Rifle shot from distance to the chest. He was wearing a plate and caught the ricochet to the throat. Hit an artery and he had nearly zero chance of survival.

Absolutely horrible tragedy caused by piece of **** that deserves a slow painful exit from this world

That makes sense. That also means it could have been a full power rifle round. I didn't see any slow motion videos.

Horrible his family was there to see it.

Shirt moves on impact prior to the neck wound and you can see the plate carrier imprint under his shirt. Most likely wearing steel for rifle protection with the bulk of ceramic. Unfortunately this is the drawback of steel plates

I think it looks like a CZ in 17hmr or 22wmr, based on the size of the magazine. Maybe 223. And it does have a small suppressor.

Have no idea if this is accurate or what the real details are.
