Mine came the other day I ordered 11 weird number I know they seem to be decent for what I paid by the time everything was added on there were about 2 bucks a piece but that wasn't terrible for a hand away gift. And I wear a 7 and 3/8 hat and it fits me I would say a bit snuggly but functional. So they do exist and they're not terrible
