Thought I'd do it again. Marinated in Greek dressing overnight uncoverd, start the smoke tube, set to 350 and turn once during a 50 minute cook. We'll see how they turn out.

Coming up in about 5-8 minutes. They look good.
50 minutes or so @ 350 degrees is good and done without drying them out.
Here they are smokey and ready to rest....
