Nashville Hot Chicken Thighs

Haven’t put any sauce on yet. Man, been trying to get this right for years and finally fried up some good chicken. Just add this stuff to self rising flour , dunk chicken in egg & water , coat chicken well in flour mixture, fry till done, and give another shake of the seasoning after chicken is cooked. WOW!!
