A friend of my son lost some chickens to who knows what, so we put one to use. My son hung it from a tree about five feet off the ground. This fella pulled it down some, but couldn't get it free.

I saw a bobcat kill a fawn, right in front of me one day. Jumped on its back and bit its neck.
The bobcat was only half the size of the deer, but it was sure an effective killer.
