Got a pot of white chicken chili and a pot of regular ground beef chili going as we speak

That is the way I love my onions, Sauteed and caramelized, great flavor!
I SAUTEED ONIONS AND BELL PEPPER STRIPS WITH LITTLE GALIC AND BUTTER ! THEM SOME FINE LOOKING CHILIE DOGS FOR SURE!
Good looking food sir..I've only been to a hunting camp 2 times..but POPS cooking was the best part of it all..
Same for dinner tonight with homemade French fries!
