Chupracobra?

You did it a favor.

I've heard that it's actually better to let the mangy ones slide. They will spread it to other Yotes, which it eventually kills them.

These had taken up residence under a storage building, so mangy or not, they don't get a pass.

Got to be horrible way to die. As much as I despise them, I opt for quick and humane and send lead at every one I see.
 
Many years ago took my then 5 year old to Clye bell for a turkey hunt..Had one red fox come up that was crazy growling jumping and a severe case of mange..Shot it from 20 yrds with #4 Copper coat W/ 835 mossburg extra full choke..Pick it up with a rag and every bone seemed broken..Turn it in to the Ranger.

I trapped and dispatched this Chupracobra that got away last Sunday.

The momma Chupracobra is still roaming around.
