Unfortunately no it's not a FHP 28, but I do have a FHP stamped 27-2 5"

It would be a 5" 28 no dash with FHP on the butt next to the serial if it was factory....

Not good at taking pictures but givng it a try , only reason I dont post pictures, I suck at it.
Heres another one I got awhI'll le back . 27 no dash , box has Sn on it and TT but TH is crossed out, gun itself has a target trigger but regular hammer, might need to letter this one.....
