Classic wheel gun porn....

Finally!!! After years of looking I have my new to me S&W 629 3" round butt. This is a dash 1 made in 1986. Has original grips, box and documents :) this is going to be my new range/woods/hunting/bear defense/ scare the piss out of new shooters revolver. This is one to keep and be passed down. Glocks come and go but Smiths are usually here to stay, and I for sure know this one is. So happy :)

Nice one! didn't realize it came with the combats

I picked up this little J frame 638-3 at the Jonesboro show yesterday. I have always liked the humpback models for some reason. I love Airweight J frames for CC. I will be changing the grips...

That is cool. I have grown a little partial to the airweights for carry as well. I like the Altamont Stocks myself for aftermarket.

Yeah I'm digging those! Aftermarket grips are pricey, but so nice...
For this one I just want something I can get all my fingers around. A little more length. The Hogues are looking good to me, and they are very inexpensive. The 638 will be strictly business.

You can be "strictly business" and look good doing it too, lol.
