Worry not. At minimum my tumbler runs 24 hours, sometimes longer. Mine is in the basement so I tend to forget about it.

Yeah, I put it in around 8pm with intentions of taking it out before bed. Then I didn't get back to the garage until noon and it was still running.

I run mine for about 8-12 hours around my work and sleep schedule... And I like clean brass.

Like BBQ "low and slow" lol looks real good . I do walnut shell for 30 minutes if its nasty then cobb media for about an hour . if its fairly clean just the corn for about an hour always does it.

Concrete mixer with tide for a couple hours . O and 20 gallons of brass at the time.

I haven't tried corn cobb yet. Have to get some.

i used to be very anal about this by tumbling in walnut first and then switching to corn cob. it makes purty brass, but i just use walnut now with some dillon brass polish for about 12-16 hours. it works like a champ.
