Clones/Lesser known imports

Heres my CZ85 combat with my Tristar T120. Almost identical internals. After some polishing, they both shoot really smooth. Some Cajun Gun Works goodies for both in the near future .

I like the looks of your Tristar better actually

I like the look a bit better as well. Closer to a IWI Baby Eagle. Can't beat the price for a great pistol. Academy had them on clearance for $385 OTD.

Added some black VZ Frag Grips. The originals are kind of slick. Need a set for the CZ85 now.

I own a few CZ and a couple of EAA Witness, the CZ;s have been flawless to a fault through several thousand rounds and the EAA pretty darned close to that, very trouble free , reliable accurate weapons.
Most metal framed EAA can be had for around 400-425 or so.
I went with the EAA because CZ doesn't make a 38 Super or 10 MM, haven't been disappointed at all.
MY favorite for sure is the CZ 97 BD but it ain't that cheap 45 that you are looking for.

The Arsenal Strike One has interested me for a while. Don't have enough time running one to jump in and buy one yet.

Not for me it ain't. If I like it enough, I don't have any issues paying that much. I've got more than one 1911 that I've got close to $3,000 in and a custom HK P7M8 I spent $2,400 for.
The whole point of a clone is that it costs less than original but is equal or better. Strike One ain't a clone. Now, if you said Diamondback DP9....I'd understand.
