Hoping they raise the lifetime limit at some point. Seems clear they have way more stock than the number of interested people.

There are a couple of qualifications, nothing too bad. Qualify before you go, fill out your paperwork at home and print it off. You can purchase by mail but you don’t get to pick through what is available.
