They don't really make handguards for the PAC9, so out of boredom and necessity I "made" my own. I took a Magpul full length AK handguard and cut of the rear section that attaches to the receiver. The result of that was sorta OK but didn't have the look of a factory handguard. After looking at the remaining front of the original handguard I had the idea to take the lip off and attach it to my new mini. I used 5 ton epoxy cut channels in the plastic for it to lock into. After the epoxy cured I took a hot knife on the outside to blend the seam. The PAC9 has the same dimensions as a micro Draco but doesn't have the bolt hole under the front sight block so... To rectify this I busted out the welder and welded a nut under the sight, drilled a hole in my mini Magpul. Let me know what you guys think, I'm very pleased with the end result. I'm still waiting on my StormWerkz mag adapter to come in and a new muzzle device.
