cobra derringer problem

i have a cobra big bore derringer in .38 spcl caliber it seems to have alot of looseness in the hinge pin and when it is locked , is it still safe to shoot ,has anyone else had this problem , is there a fix

Does your barrel flip up or down? I have a .22 mag and I put a tiny o ring on around the screw just under the head and tightened it up. Seems to work fine. Hope this helps.

tighten the Hinge pin down, I had to do that a few times on mine before i got rid of it.
