I live in Pisgah Alabama. A very small town up on Sand Mountain! Its about 40 minutes from Ft Payne if you know where that is.

No it is not. It is like any other flare gun you can purchase in the boating section.

And yes, with a 37MM to 12Ga flare adapter it can shoot 12Ga flairs....

Also if you register it as a DD for $200 you can shoot anti personel rounds rounds.
