The OEM2's seem a bit scarcer.

You can find the OEM1's all day for under $700.

That's a good deal. But.... I bought one in March at Wally's for $997+tax w/tan furniture, magazine and riser blocks!!! Can't go wrong with a Colt AR!

I don't know that new Ruger 556 is one hell of a gun now my buddy just picked one up and was really impressed with it

Some of these build guns(not psa) are like these hondas you see all modded out on the road, mix and matched parts to become awesome but they are still a honda at the end of the day. Colt is like a corvette, awesome and almost perfect from factory and yes a little pricey. As far as psa goes I have had great experience with the premium kit and used my own lower. i've never had a malfunction with either brand (colt or psa) but still would lean toward colt if my life depended on it. I'm sure one is as reliable as the next, that is just my personal preference. We all have a preferences. If i had to choose one ar15 it would probably be a colt, BUT thank god I don't so i have a bunch lol

The Ruger is an amazing value for the money.

EDIT: The only problem is that they are never in stock anywhere.

This will probably open a can of worms, but what exactly makes the Colt superior to the PSA other than the name?

That they are out of money lol I'm jk though, I really wish I had a colt ar.

GA Gun Store Might have been $565. Can't remember. Still haven't taken it out of the box because works too busy.
