Truth!If the mods were reading my PMs I would have been perma banned long ago. I'm a kinder gentler B13 now though.
Correct. But not all mods are admins. Only admins can read PM's and they only do it when settling feedback disputes. Which is why it is important to keep all comms in PM's and not text or email.

I can assure there's been times they have read private messages that had nothing to do with trade disputes.

No they can't. I'm a super mod (that means I get a company issued cape.) I can't read anyone's PMs and am very thankful for it. That means I can't arbitrate whizzing matches.
Seriously if you guys do that you really must get out more often.
I'm sure there are but the thought that they are whiling away their free time reading people's PM's is just ridiculous.
