Complaint Letter to Midway USA CEO

Heck guys I just went thru a similar ordeal because I PAID A CREDIT CARD before they cut the statement, therefor according to their computer I was late because the statement came and of course I didn't pay it AGAIN because I had already paid it....Go figure, I'm late because I was early.

Patience was lost right about the time the customer service rep copped an attitude and made it seem I like should have known there'd be a delay and should have checked their web site daily.
Rudeness probably came into play right about the time she transferred me to the human resources recorded line rather than the supervisor I'd been placed on an extended hold to speak with.

There is a difference between not being able to help a situation and not being willing to do what you can to help a situation. Understanding that distinction might give you pause before assuming I was the one who was rude.
Now, back to our regularly scheduling programming.
