Complete AR pistol upper

Looking for a complete AR pistol upper. Open to 5.56, 300 blackout, 6.5 Grendel, and 6.8 SPC. Don’t need anything with a really high price tag, let’s say 700 or less, this will be a truck gun. Factory built preferred but not necessary. Something quality, e.g. Aero or something of the like.
