I'm looking for either a completed rifle lower or a stripped lower receiver for an ar-15. Used or new, doesn't matter. I know prices are high right now, so I'm even open to one that's beat to hell if I can save a few bucks.
I'm trying to keep it under $250 (including taxes, if at a store). I would ideally meet around NW Georgia, specifically Kennesaw but I don't mind driving a bit.
