Concealed carry in business casual

Pocket carry of a 32 or 380 on normal days. If I was firing a questionable employee, then it was the SmartCarry with 9mm or larger, but that is not something I would want to wear on a regular basis from a comfort perspective.

That jus screams "come steal my phone"

May as well OC.

In the office or at the restaurant its usually the P938 in my front pocket sitting in a liion defense kydex IWB that works as a pocket holster, with a spare mag in the other front pocket.

Otherwise you cant beat the hybrid IWB holster sitting @ my 5 o'clock with whatever gun you choose.

Pocketed .380 without a jacket. IWB 9mm/.40 with a jacket. Would love to carry a .45 more often in today's environment but they get darn heavy by day's end. Ankle gets awfully cumbersome by day's end too. To bad going full out cowboy belt and holster like the old days is tactically compromising and socially unacceptable. Yippe-chi-a.

Precious few guns can put more punch in less space than Kahr PM/CMs Either in 9MM or 40 S&W.Slip one in a tuckable holster or in dress pants. slip a Mic holster on it, with the leader looped over your belt and drop it in the pocket. The leader keeps the gun relatively still and a sharp jerk when removing it from the pocket snaps the "holster" from the trigger guard. Drop an extra mag in the offhand pocket and you are carrying 12+ rounds of 40 S&W or 14+ rounds of 9MM invisible but at your finger tips.
