Concealed carry legal in Georgia without permit?

Reading over the bill I don't think you have to be 21+ anymore because 18+ are legal to possess handguns due to 16-11-101.1

"Lawful weapons carrier' means any person who is not prohibited by law from possessing a weapon or long gun"

"Weapon' means a knife or handgun"

"Any lawful weapons carrier shall be authorized to carry a weapon as provided in Code 207 Section 16-11-135 and in every location in this state not listed in subsection (b) or 208 prohibited by subsection (e) of this Code section; provided, however, that private property 209"

Go for it.

So what would this do for army corp leased land? Currently ya can’t carry on property leased by army corp. would that go away? Or still gonna have stipulations?
The only thing that is changing is the fact that where you used to be able to carry with a carry license you now can carry without. Nothing else changes. Core of Engineers land to my knowledge is federal property and that would fall under the same category as the post office. Still off limits.
