Concrete work needed

im in the mode of getting my deck replaced spanning the length of the back of my house. Before or during this expenditure I'm wanting to pour a concrete patio area creating an outdoor living space underneath.. Hence the thread needing concrete work.. Dimensions of concrete "patio" needed would be 12' x 38'. Anyone have a company they've used or have a company of their own that could give me a bid? Would need some light scraping to level area off..

make absolutely certain that your septic tank is not located there first.

about 2 years ago i was ready to do the same thing and then my septic tank backed up. thankfully it did. turns out, my tank wasn't where i thought it was and they would have had to tear it all right back up.
