Contact the ATF to keep pistol braces legal (merged threads)

ODT be full of em. Luckily these old codgers just spooge over grandpappy shotguns, hunting bs, lever actions and 10/22s more than anything else. I'm hoping that most of them don't own AR pistols or anything of the sort.
First, To stay on topic, We didn't need no stinking braces back then don't need em now,
Secondly, Ya are kidding right? Tiger Stripe a few years back
skillset still there, outfits changed to blend with Mellionels,

Nope, that's not how it works boomer. 4473's just go in my file cabinet. No one knows it's there besides me, in 20 years I'll dispose of it.

But most people are ignorant and think there already is some type of registration process when they buy a gun, and that line of ignorant thinking is gonna make it easy for Joe Biden to register their guns for real.

Except for when the ATF does a spot check on your records to make sure you're in compliance, and then photo copies them...

Then visits people to ask them why they purchased so many things...

Ask me how I know...

Ive seen this coming for a while.

SBR is codified in law, so if you got your stamp nothing to worry about.

Anything that is issued on an ATF approval letter is subject to arbitrary revocation by ATF.
I'm amused to see the ATF cracking down on ridiculous loopholes and cheapskates that have spent all this money to try and circumvent the NFA.

People gonna keep pushing until they start codifying the actual mechanical actions and their respective parts. That's your back door to registration. It'll be easier to leave all ARs as ... Because they have the ability to be readily convertible to...

Pay the tax, get the stamp and quit bitch!ng.

Paying the tax on SBR, and suppressors shows that people are willing to do so. When they move "assault weapons" and "High Capacity" magazine to the NFA list ( Which I assume they can do with just a change in regulation) they have precedent.

I finally got a “manager” on the phone a few months ago. Played the dumb Southerner , being very polite yet curious and had only 1 question. “Why would adding anything to a Gun to make it more stable and accurate be a bad thing?” . Crickets, then “Uhm... I’ll get with my team and get back with you ASAP , Thank you for calling in Mr. ......”
