Anyone have any advise on were to take my girlfriends Miata to have the rag top replaced? I can buy a top online, but would prefer to have it professionally installed. I am looking for someone w/ experience, don't want to deal w/ any leaks.

Before you buy a top, find an installer. I would do some price checking first.
Sometimes they would rather get the top they are going to install.

this may sound crazy, but check your local awning shops.. a couple in N.C. where i'm from did super work on 'vert tops... call around your area, i bet you'll find one - make sure to ask if they have prior experience, and that they guarantee against leaks for a reasonable period of time
the place i know of is in macon and is called shadbournes,i believe.call i reputable paint and body shop in your area and they should be able to point you to the right guy.those tops are a pain to deal with.good luck
Yeah, that's why I decided to sub this one out. I'm afraid if I try, the car will end up with large dents. Dad always told me a sledge hammer will fix anything.
