Life is short. If a firearm catches your eye, for whatever reason, get it. Run it, fondle it, look at it, enjoy it. If or when the joy subsides, sell or trade it. Don't look back. You got to experience it.
I have both. Run the charging handles on the “AK side” too, so never really got the thumb issue. They are fun rifles. Only thing I hate about running a can on them is you have to do away with the cool factory brakes.
Have an Elcan but love the ACOG better for me
Nah, if youre getting a scar it needs to be 762. Its the only way to go. Theres a reason SOCOM dropped the MK16 and kept MK17.
Run both. One on each!
