Corvette guys… show your rides

First of these that I've ever seen - 2008 Corvette with a full Valarra Body.

I'm still kicking myself in the ass.
Fall of '68, I'm car shopping. Baker Motors on Peachtree had on their used lot:
Two 'Vette coupes.
A burgundy '66 with 427, 4speed, factory side pipes and knockoff wheels with the red stripe Tiger paws, $3200
And a black '67 427/435 with 4 speed. $3000.
My dumb ass went down the street to Central Chevrolet and bought a new '69 Nova SS, 396/350 4 speed for that same $3000.

Stewart HV water pump and an Alloy works 4 row HD radiator with some Derale fans. Then came the harmonic balancer… rad swap turned into a trip to Summit for a separated balancer…. You know…snowball

Did you buy your Nova from Henry Harkens at Central?
