Coweta County: Road rage suspect points gun at car, police let him go...

Just want to say that was a clean draw for someone in an adrenaline situation and riding a motorcycle with their head turned around backwards. Heck i can barely use my right hand to adjust my mirror while traveling at a decent rate of speed.
Lol, definitely competes in idpa

SV650 vs a large displacement v6 or v8 sedan. I'm VERY willing to bet that car could have tailed that bike at top speed.

That video was filmed right at the Coweta / Faytte boarder about a 1/2 mile from hitting PTC.... Even on a Sunday good luck getting over 40 mph over there.

PTC police is on ever corner, lights ever 100 yards and tons of traffic, LOL

Two scenarios.
1) Bike is in the wrong. In that situation, if I'm in the car alone (without family), bike rider is dead. I almost always say I'd never know what I'd do in a particular situation but that's one I'm very confident in.
2) Car driver is in the wrong. In that situation the story wouldn't be over (as mentioned in the news video).

Increase in STUPID. I see everyone's points about top speed and who's fault before the video started. I just still can't see how this bikers actions were justified under the circumstances? They certainly weren't wise compared to the many other options that were available. However I will concede that hind sight is 20/20

Can you think of no scenario where someone is justified, (particularly on a bike),in pulling out his weapon? While I have no personal experience with Coweta's finest, I suspect there is a lot more to this story....
