Crock pot turkey breast

Mine went in today at 11am 145° in the Sous Vide cooker they will be tender, juicy and melt like butter tomorrow.

Well the crockpot turkey breast was a big hit. I was a bit worried this morning because it wasn’t completely thawed. Put a bunch of poultry seasoning on it and put it in the pot with maybe 8-10 ounces of chicken broth. Cooked on high for around 6 hours. Shut off when it was 167. They all said how moist n tender it was. A friend of my oldest boy said it was the best turkey he has had. Not much left. And so easy to make.
