I ride my bike because I enjoy riding my bike, not because I like to be a criminal or do stupid things. With that being said, if the asshole in front of me is driving 10 under the limit and wont move over or is texting and weaving or just driving like a moron overall you bet Im going to split a lane or take the bike lane to pass him. If you dont like it, dont drive like a tool. If you think its worth throwing coffee on me, be prepared to do it while we are both stopped a red light because thats where its going to end anyway.

and the harm resulted from an illegal act of the Plaintiff. If I rob a bank and someone shoots me... can I sue the person that shot me so long as they are not protected by soveriegn immunity (ie police officer)? Absolutely! its america! Will I win ... hell no.
We can throw back hypotheticals all day and test our knowledge of the law and general litigation and damages claim, punitives, torts, etc., but they are all irrelevant until it actually goes to court and a judgment is reached... appeal filed, GA court of appeals remands, reverses, or upholds, a petition to the GA Supreme court is files... and so on and so on.
If I had a jeep with no doors or top and was sweating in the heat in traffic while a bike passed me by i'd think of how nice it would be to have a bike, don't think I would consider throwing things at the guy because of some misplaced jealousy. But thats just me, my glass is currently half full
you guys are soo angry... yikes... haha.. but I do not think it would smart coming up to someones car and pulling them out of it. To witnesses, it would appear as if you were trying to "intimidate" or give them "reasonable belief of great bolidy harm"... How will you explain your side of the story to the cops then?

i see all you bike folks refer to all drivers as cagers (is that the right word?) hehe... while we are generalizing all 4 wheel motorist... all bikers are angry road ragers with guns! ha! beat that!
so he must have been splitting lane illegally... in the jeep, the exhaust fumes get to you but the AC works great even top down no doors. What kind of jeep did you have? You wheel it at all?
