I haven't been collecting C&R rifles for a really long time with a license, well I've had the license for a while I just haven't bought much and I definately haven't sold anything.

My question for the fellas with years of experience is, if I need to move something out of my collection b/c I found a nicer one or I don't have a place for it, that's ok right?

I fully understand its not a business license to make a profit.

Yes you can "move" sell/trade especially privately but not for business. That being said when you renew the C&R there is a block on quantity of bought and sold.
