Those haven't hit the market yet, there are plenty of adapters available. Accurate ordnance will rethread them for $135.

It shows on back order but if you pay for it, you can get it in 4 days. (I ordered mine on Friday 03/25/2016 and schedule UPS delivery is this Thursday 03/31/2016).

Yes. I don't have any info on when exactly, but it's been confirmed by CZ a few times in the media recently. The next generation will have several improvements, including a FDE color and American threading.
