CZ75 sights and grips

Just picked up a CZ75 in a trade and I am looking to update the sights and possibly the sights. I was hoping some of you guys have CZ's that you have upgraded and could show me what you have and point me to where I can find it. Thanks!!

i personally like the houge grip and if target or competition a hi viz front, if fighting gun mepro nights.

Thanks, man. I am looking to get some thinner grips - probably Hogue G10's. Mepro's are sounding good.
