Kinda nice to see all the CZ love! In my neck of the woods they are few and far between, and most folks ask "what's with the midget slide?" Best answer I've found to keep it moving without a slack jawed "huh?" Is "it's faster cuz it's small..." And "makes it harder to miss cuz you don't have a big ole slide moving around as much" gotta love small towns

Yep! I looked at it, then looked again, then looked once again!
thats a cool 100 bucks under the new price, if you can find a BD model!
the 97 B goes for about 700 bucks .
CZ's come into the USA in bunches then they dry up for periods.
they sale so many in Europe that there is not a lot remaining for import.
I really need a 97 BD!

Just tell them that as CZ's never jam, always lock open on the last round, why would a quality weapon need a large bulky slide!
MY 2 are now north of 2700 rounds and not a jam or failure to operate perfectly.
OF course I also have a few EAA so the smaller slide don't bother me at all.

Yeah, I'm north of 1500 through mine I'd say, not a jam or hiccup I didn't force by havin a buddy load a mag with a couple of empty brass to run some clearing drills, super easy by the way, and it even loaded one or two of em! I've converted one or two of my buddies to the Cz sickness. All it takes is two shots... Then you get that look and grin like "is this thing for real?" And I also ran my sp-01 for about 750 of those rounds without cleaning or re-lube at all, till I couldn't stand it any more and had to detail strip and clean and lube, lol.

I have to say, I've had ALOT of different guns, and I can say without doubt, a Cz will always be in my possession!!
