Why do you think immigrants to this country with few resources and little social capital set up convenience stores in the hood? As close to a "sure thing" as they can come by I guess.

this sounds like a good program if it's universal and includes even non-criminals to stop the first offenders form becoming criminals
now i am willing to cut the govt break and only take $500 month and i will continue to be crime free and a law abiding respectful citizen

An alternative would be a $1000/month bounty for each gang members head. I think it would give immediate results and no cost for incarceration. It would also provide employment for our experienced combat veterans coming home looking for work.

Sad to say this is likely the only thing that will normalize that **** hole. The ignorant low information voters voted these fools in. When the actual productive members of the society realize they are bankrolling this stupidity they will flee. Just like democrat/socialist controlled Detroit burnt themselves to the ground and are trying to rebuild after destroying one of the largest cash cows in the nation.

Democrat/socialist controlled Chicago is next spiraling the toilet bowel and "tiny dancer" is pressing the accelerator increasing already excessive taxes and not being intelligent enough to realize at a known point of taxation more money is "NOT" taken but actually less as the incentive to produce is stifled by a greedy government in need of ever increasing money supply to re-distribute.

Democrat/Socialist California has forced much of their largest cash cows, Hollywood out of state to Florida, Georgia and elsewhere.

And they have continued to flee, companies in general are being built in red states with attractive lower tax rates, lower cost of living and more freedoms. The issue, will we allow these same like minded fools to take over our government like a locust swarm. Of the people I spoken to who have fled, fled due to wages or restrictive/prohibitive gun laws and some both. These folks have seen just what Democrat/Socialist polices actually do and are an asset.

one reason is that business owners/managers receive preferential status when applying for citizenship

our immigration laws are overly complex but one thing it gets right is fasttracking immigrants who would be business/property owners
