If you go through with this, make sure you've got video rolling.

Here’s your video.

And as much as I know your sentiment was “I hope you record the utter destruction of your suppressor” unfortunately for you both, it worked. No baffle strikes, no end cap destruction, just a perfectly functioning can. Guess I might be one of very few that will take a risk; hell this can and my money aren’t going to be buried with me.

Here’s a few shots after shooting.

I mean the can really looks good on everything it threads onto glad it worked out well in the end!
It certainly does. I need to get my hands on some 9mm subs. I was shooting the cheap Monarch 115gr. ball ammo in that video.

I will say, the extra weight of that specific can makes it hard to bumpfire which is usually pretty easy with the AK-V.

This was with the the JMAC adapter and a SilencerCo 1/2x28 direct thread mount.

rumrunner55 rumrunner55 Dead Air part numbers for the inserts for the Wolverine are WV205 for 1/2x28 and WV206 for 5/8x24. If you have a Galil, they also have WV207 for 13x1RH.

The video above was with the Dead Air 1/2x28 insert for the Wolverine. If you decide to pick them up, look up the part numbers on gun deals. Stay away from Dack unless you want to wait over a month.

Gingerbeard Man Gingerbeard Man i have a 9mm alignment rod if you’re ever out my way
Thanks brother. I went the cheap route and picked up various McMaster-Carr rods for various calibers. They’ve worked great so far. I knew this was going to be ok when I could slip an entire 9mm case up to the rim through the first baffle as long as everything was straight.

Here’s the handy parts list for anyone that wants to get some alignment rods on the cheap.
